I assist emerging and developing leaders to approach, achieve, or exceed their career aspirations.   I coach leadership teams break through roadblocks and inefficiencies and develop and maintain a strong inter-personal commitment embracing a cohesive strategy.  


I am a 30+ year software development, integration, and consulting veteran who has grown with the industry as well as expanded my areas of expertise.   My positions have been an individual contributor, team lead, group director, and P&L lead (from local to vertical to major geography).  I have experience in start-ups, acquisitions, integrations, strategy development, talent management, and creating/developing high-performance teams.  My leadership development expertise was developed over the 20 years in the consulting field, and melded the practicum of running a business with the theoretical of global talent management over my last 3 ½ years as the Chief Leadership Officer for a global consulting organization.  The combination of a consulting business P&L leader at scale with a global talent leader at scale and the ability to play effectively and bridge both worlds makes me highly unique.   I have a track record of delivering outstanding profit and growth results while building and growing high-performance teams.  I can operate effectively and efficiently within a global context.  I am a high-impact communicator in a one-on-one, group, or a large audience environment. 


I spend the majority of my time now in the "helping people" and "making your business better" spaces.    To that end, outside of my work at WriteHeights LLC, I volunteer at Score.org in the Manasota chapter within Florida and work with small businesses and their entrepreneurs.

I have been an educator for over thirty years. My experiences include working as a Middle School English teacher and administrator as well as a school social worker. My husband and I moved to Sarasota from Connecticut where I had worked at Solomon Schechter Day School and was awarded Teacher of the Year. Seven years ago I began Writeheights when several of the families I had worked with in Ct. now had students in high school and asked for my assistance. Thus, my writing business was born and I have happily continued to work with Sarasota families as well as others all over the country thanks to online capabilities. I am committed to helping students learn strong writing skills and techniques in order to express themselves articulately during the school years, college and beyond. When I hear the challenging statement, "I have never been a good writer", that only serves to fuel my enthusiasm to help this student realize all his or her potential ability as a strong and proficient writer.
